This guidance has been written to support caterers and food businesses to provide healthy and sustainable menus, and forms part of the Good Food in Greenwich movement.
Guidelines on Sustainable Food
Planning your menu carefully, in advance can allow you to be more sustainable as a business; economically, socially and environmentally. These guidelines can help you achieve this, and it will be up to you what areas you can and cannot adopt. Many of these suggestions come with promotion opportunities either linked to national events, campaigns or in partnership with your local community.

5. Seek out sustainable fish
6. Using the right type of fat

9. Reduce waste (food, energy, water & packaging)
10. Support environmentally friendly farming & choose Fairtrade
